Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

GENEVRA is dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we source our premium materials globally, we utilize a network of international manufacturing partners and warehouses to fulfill orders.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • High Volume: During high volume periods (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

  • Confirmation: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

Note: "Business Days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GENEVRA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • International Shipments: Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

  • Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs and the 30% restocking fee from your refund.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at genevra@usa.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

GENEVRA is not liable for packages stated as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer.

  • Investigation: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and your local post office.

  • Claims: If the package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated for over 60 days), please contact us. We will open an investigation with our logistics partners and, upon confirmation of loss by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Force Majeure

GENEVRA shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
